This event commemorates the greatest sprint legend of Szczecin. A man dubbed "the fastest white man in the world" in his time, a 1964 Tokyo Olympic medalist, and a European Champion - Wiesław Maniak.
The memorial, full of interesting sports competitions will take place on 15 August at The Wiesław Maniak Municipal Athletic Stadium, named after the sprinter himself, which is located at ul. Litewska 20.
