North East Marina on Grodzka Island will be the start and finish of the Zimorodek Canoe Marathon. The participants will travel along a 55-kilometre-long route in the Międzyodrze (Eastern Odra, Western Odra, as well as connecting channels).
The Zimorodek Canoe Marathon is part of the Canoa Cup, a series of canoe marathons of various lengths, which are, however, never shorter than 50 kilometres. They take place on different bodies of water and have varying difficulty.
